Your place in the course is only secured if you transfer the following fees to the IUCM account immediately after submitting your application:
- Registration fee: € 200,00
- Tuition: € 350,00
Included in the cost of the course is the language course according to the A1 - C1 of the Common European Framework. The registration takes place on the 'first come, first served'- principle.
Deadlines:
- Registration deadline is July 1, 2021.
- Payment deadline for the registration fee and tuition is immediately after submitting your application, until July 4, 2021 by the latest.
Important note:
- We do not accept credit card payments.
- Please make sure to include your full name and the abbreviation of the program (SSK) on the money-wire transfer payment. Your name has to be clearly identifiable.
- Please note that some banks charge additional fees for the payment. Make sure that we receive the full payment on time and that your bank will not deduct additional costs for the transfer.
Your application is only complete after the full amount reached our bank account. All bank fees have to be paid by you. Please ask the bank in your home country for assistance.
Cancellation*:
Cancellation before the registration deadline:
The registration fee will not be refunded.
All other deposits will be fully refunded.
Cancellation after the registration deadline:
The registration fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation 4 weeks before commencement of the course:
The registration fee and 50% of the tuition will not be refunded.
Cancellation 7 days before commencement of the course:
The registration fee and the tuition will not be refunded.
